Ferrow

Rewritten by the work itself

Company knowledge, kept current.

One sourced, living record of how your company actually works, rewritten by the work itself every time the business moves.

Record stack A stack of four record plates on a base, the current one on top and older snapshots below; a work event slides along a short rail, drops into the top plate, and the cells it changed relight across the current record.

01Why Ferrow

You already pay for the AI. It still can't read your company.

Data warehouse A data warehouse drawn as a cabinet of drawers full of table grids, with row-shaped slots in its top: a row of cells drops into its slot and the lights flash, while a loose handwritten note lands on its slot, does not fit, and bounces back out.

01The data warehouse.

Answers the numbers. Misses the know-how.

It made structured data easy to query. Most of what your company knows never lived in a table.

Seats Three desktop workstations side by side on one bench that only supplies power; a note card drops into the rightmost one, its memory cells light and text fills its screen while its neighbours stay dark, then it forgets and a new card waits above it.

02A seat for everyone.

An assistant per person. A memory for no one.

The right first step. Every person got an assistant, and the company got no shared memory.

Snapshot A file cabinet beside a knowledge index: a file in the cabinet is swapped, the index keeps its old copy and its sync light goes out until a rebuild carries a fresh copy across.

03A knowledge index.

Built once. Right on launch day.

It reads a snapshot and never writes back, so it drifts out of date until someone rebuilds it.

02How it works

An index tells you what was true. Ferrow tells you what is true.

Your context lives as files that the work itself writes to. History comes free, updates land in seconds, and every answer names the file it came from.

03Answers

Every answer shows its source.

Open any file behind an answer and see which version was read and who changed it last. No auditor signs off on an answer they cannot trace.

ChatRenewal review

Why are renewals slipping in the east region?

Renewal calls there start 20 days before the term ends. Everywhere else it is 60. The window was shortened in March.

04Cost

The first project pays its way. The fifth is nearly free.

Find the data, clean it, agree what it means, clear it with governance. Do that once in Ferrow and no later project pays for it again.

Foundation A prep station at the end of a long shared data store: a raw block rides into the station once, comes out clean and drops into the store, then five project modules docked on the store light up one after another while the station stands idle.

05Security and governance

Governed where your AI does the work.

Ferrow protects the files, tools, apps and actions your AI relies on from one shared work layer.

Read the security overview
Governance A shared work layer holding file and tool modules: an AI request waits at a gate, its scope is read and confirmed, the bar lifts and it rides past one module into the only one it is allowed, and the audit printer drops a trail entry onto the log stack.
  • Access is scoped

Each request reaches only the files and tools it is allowed to use.

  • Activity is visible

See what your AI read, changed and ran, while it happens.

  • Every action leaves a trail

The actions that matter are logged with who asked, what ran and when.

06Use cases

Three things Ferrow can do.

Field service A rooftop air-handling unit on a base plate beside a service case and a runbook binder: its access panel slides open, a failed module is swapped for a new one, the status light turns from a cross to a check, and a new page drops into the runbook.

Field service intelligence.

One crew fixes it first time, the others come back twice. Ferrow reads every work order, parts log and technician note, finds what the best crew does differently, and writes it into the runbook every crew uses.

Support Support tickets drop from a hopper onto a rail and slide one by one into an answer store; a product release lands in its slot, the teal answer card on top is rewritten, and a reply carrying a small source tag slides out onto a tray.

Customer support intelligence.

The same question arrives a hundred ways. Ferrow reads every ticket, reply and fix, keeps the answer current as the product changes, and shows the source behind every reply.

Depot network Three depots with loading docks and roller doors stand along a shared road; at the first a parcel runs down a belt into a truck and a lamp lights, then a playbook card travels down the road and each depot lights as the card reaches it.

Network operations intelligence.

Twelve depots plan their own routes and stock. Ferrow reads across every depot, carrier and decision to explain why delivery times moved, with the source behind each conclusion. A fix found at one depot becomes every depot's playbook.

How ready is your company for AI, really?
